Careers at Biran Paving Group
Join a crew that does the work right — across Metro Atlanta.
Build Atlanta with us
Biran Paving Group is a Metro Atlanta asphalt paving company, and we are growing. With more than 15 years in the trade, 500+ completed projects, and expanded capacity since Michael's Asphalt joined our operation, we need more good people on our crews — from first-year laborers to experienced foremen. This is honest, physical, skilled work, and we treat it that way. Our jobs are local — parking lots, driveways, and roadways across Metro Atlanta — so you work close to home, not out of a suitcase. You will learn from crews who have been building pavement in Georgia clay and Georgia heat for a long time, and if you show up, work safe, and take pride in the mat behind the paver, there is real room to move up. We do not post fake openings or ghost applicants. If you want to work, call Ben and the team at (678) 332-8941 or email biranpaving@gmail.com with your name, the role you are interested in, and a few lines about your experience. We will get back to you either way.
Asphalt Paving Crew Member (Laborer)
The backbone of every job. You will rake and lute hot mix behind the paver, run shovels and hand tools, set up traffic control and work-zone safety, help with grading and cleanup, and keep the site moving. No paving experience required — we train the right attitude. You need to be dependable, able to work outdoors in Georgia weather, comfortable with physically demanding work, and able to get to job sites around Metro Atlanta. If you learn the trade here, the next two roles on this page are your career path.
Heavy Equipment Operator
You will run the machines that make the work happen — pavers, rollers, skid steers, and milling equipment — on commercial lots, driveways, and roadway projects. We are looking for operators who read grades, understand compaction, hit smooth transitions at joints and edges, and treat the equipment like it is their own, including daily checks and basic maintenance. Prior experience operating asphalt or earthmoving equipment is required; experience specifically behind a paver or on a milling machine puts you at the front of the line.
Crew Foreman
You own the job site from the first cone to the final walkthrough: crew direction, production, mix and truck coordination, quality control, safety, and on-site communication with property managers and homeowners. We want foremen who have led asphalt crews before, know what a proper base, correct depths, and clean drainage look like, and can hold a quality standard without drama. You will be the face of Biran Paving Group on the ground, working directly with company leadership — not through five layers of management.
Sealcoating & Striping Technician
Detail work that clients see every day. You will prep surfaces, seal cracks, apply sealcoat, and lay out and paint line striping and pavement markings — including ADA-compliant stalls, aisles, and signage layouts on commercial lots. This role suits someone precise and self-sufficient who takes pride in crisp lines and clean edges. Experience with sealcoat rigs, crack-sealing equipment, or striping machines is a plus; we will train a meticulous crew member who wants to specialize.
