Our process
- Inspection & Root-Cause Check. We look at each failure and ask why it's there — is it a surface defect, or has water gotten into the base and undermined it? - Square-Out & Removal. We saw-cut or square the failed area down to sound pavement and remove the broken asphalt and any wet, failed base beneath it. Patching a clean, square hole down to solid material is what lets the new asphalt bond and hold, rather than crumbling at ragged edges.
- Base Repair Where Needed. If the base itself has failed, we don't bury the problem. We rebuild and compact the base so the repair sits on solid support. This full-depth approach is the difference between a patch that lasts years and one that sinks again in a few months.
