At a medical office, hospital campus, assisted living community, or senior care facility, the parking lot is not just a convenience, it is a patient-safety issue. Many of the people crossing your asphalt move slowly, use walkers or wheelchairs, or are being helped from a vehicle. A trip hazard, a faded crosswalk, or an unclear ambulance lane is a risk to the people you exist to protect. Biran Paving Group paves and maintains healthcare properties across Metro Atlanta with exactly that responsibility in mind.
We focus on smooth, level surfaces, clearly marked ADA-accessible parking and access aisles, well-defined patient drop-off zones, and unobstructed emergency and ambulance routes. Just as important, we know these facilities run around the clock, so we plan our work to keep entrances open, ambulance access clear, and noise and disruption to a minimum, coordinating closely with your facilities team in Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, and across the Atlanta metro.
Biran Paving Group is a licensed and insured local contractor (COI on request) with 15+ years of experience, 500+ projects completed, and a 5.0 rating. Owner Ben Biran is reachable directly at (678) 332-8941. For a setting where safety and accessibility are non-negotiable, you want a careful, communicative crew, not the lowest bid from out of town.
Healthcare & Senior Living paving challenges we solve
Facilities directors at Atlanta healthcare and senior living sites raise the same concerns:
- Trip hazards from cracks and uneven asphalt that endanger elderly and mobility-limited patients
- Faded or non-compliant ADA stalls, access aisles, and crosswalks that create access and liability problems
- Unclear ambulance, emergency, and patient drop-off routes that slow critical access
- Disruptive paving that blocks entrances at facilities that never close
- Standing water and slick surfaces near entrances after Georgia rain
How Biran Paving helps
We approach every healthcare property as a patient-safety project first:
- Smooth, level paving and overlays that remove trip hazards near entrances and walkways
- ADA-compliant striping for stalls, access aisles, ramps, and crosswalks
- Clearly marked ambulance lanes, fire lanes, and patient drop-off zones
- Carefully phased, low-disruption scheduling that keeps access open 24/7
- Drainage-conscious grading and repair to keep entrances dry and safe
- Smooth, trip-hazard-free surfaces near patient entrances
- ADA-compliant stalls, access aisles, ramps & crosswalks
- Clear ambulance, fire-lane & drop-off markings
- Low-disruption scheduling for facilities that never close
- Licensed & insured, owner-led Atlanta crew - (678) 332-8941
A representative project: a senior living community in the north metro had uneven, cracking asphalt right at its covered drop-off and ADA stalls, exactly where residents were most at risk. We patched and overlaid the entrance area for a smooth, level surface, regraded a section that had been pooling water, and restriped the ADA stalls, access aisle, and crosswalk to current standards. Work was sequenced so the drop-off and emergency lane stayed usable throughout. (Representative example; details are generalized.)
