Heavy-Duty Asphalt Paving for Atlanta Industrial & Warehouse Sites

Industrial and warehouse pavement takes a beating that a retail lot never sees. Loaded semis, container chassis, forklifts, and constant turning at dock approaches concentrate enormous weight on the same lanes day after day. Pavement that was not built for those loads ravels, ruts, and fails fast, and a failed truck court can stall your operation. Biran Paving Group builds and maintains industrial asphalt across Metro Atlanta to carry real load, not just look good.

We start where it matters: proper sub-base preparation, correct grading for drainage, and hot-mix asphalt laid at the right depth for the traffic the surface will actually carry. For distribution centers, manufacturing sites, and logistics yards along Atlanta's industrial corridors and throughout the metro, we focus on the high-stress zones, dock aprons, drive lanes, turning radii, and trailer storage, so the pavement holds up to the freight your business runs on.

Biran Paving Group is a licensed and insured local contractor (COI on request) with 15+ years of experience and 500+ projects completed, holding a 5.0 rating. Owner Ben Biran is reachable directly at (678) 332-8941. We coordinate around your shifts and dock schedules so paving does not bring shipping and receiving to a halt.

Industrial & Warehouse paving challenges we solve

Plant managers and logistics operators in Atlanta deal with the same heavy-traffic failures:

  • Rutting, raveling, and rapid failure from heavy truck and forklift loads
  • Failing dock approaches and truck courts that disrupt loading and shipping
  • Poor drainage that pools water in trailer yards and accelerates pavement breakdown
  • Paving work that shuts down dock doors and stalls shipping and receiving
  • Unmarked or faded truck routes, loading zones, and fire lanes that slow operations

How Biran Paving helps

We engineer industrial pavement for the loads it actually carries:

  • Heavy-duty paving with proper base and asphalt depth engineered for freight loads
  • Targeted reconstruction of dock aprons, drive lanes, and high-stress turning zones
  • Drainage-conscious grading to keep truck courts and trailer yards dry
  • Shift- and dock-aware scheduling that keeps shipping and receiving moving
  • Clear truck-route, loading-zone, and fire-lane striping for safe, efficient flow
  • Heavy-duty builds engineered for truck and forklift loads
  • Reinforced dock aprons, drive lanes & turning zones
  • Drainage grading for truck courts and trailer yards
  • Shift-aware scheduling that keeps docks running
  • 15+ years, 500+ projects, licensed & insured - (678) 332-8941
Representative project

A representative project: a distribution facility in an Atlanta industrial corridor had badly rutted dock approaches and a drive lane that was raveling under constant trailer traffic. We reconstructed the worst dock aprons with a proper base and full-depth asphalt, milled and overlaid the failing drive lane, corrected grading so water drained off the truck court, and restriped the loading zones and fire lanes. The work was phased dock-by-dock so shipping kept running. (Representative example; details are generalized.)
